We at NextGen Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. are honored to have been part of the βAwareness Program and One-day Workshop on Environmental Antimicrobial Resistanceβ under the Indo-UK Collaborative Project – SELECTAR, held on 23rd November 2024, organized by the Department of Agricultural Microbiology, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh.
It was a privilege for our team to share the platform alongside esteemed dignitaries such as Prof. Kasturi Mukhopadhyay (JNU), Prof. Iqbal, Prof. Akram Ahmad (Dean, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, AMU), and other distinguished professors of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, AMU.
The event featured thought-provoking lectures by Prof. Asad U Khan and Dr. Fatima Khan (JNMC, AMU), offering invaluable insights into the critical issue of antimicrobial resistance. Research scholars and students further enriched the experience through engaging poster presentations, fostering academic exchange and innovation.
Our team, led by Dr. Kamal Shrivastava, Ph.D., Dr. Largee Biswas, Ph.D., and Rahat Ali, conducted a hands-on workshop titled βDetection of Antimicrobial-Resistant Genes Using a PCR-Based Approach.β This session provided participants with practical exposure to advanced technologies, reinforcing NextGen Life Sciencesβ commitment to bridging the gap between industry and academia.
