  • Silica Membrane Spin Column Technology: The Gel Extraction and PCR Purification Combo kit is based on silica membrane spin column technology, offers the ability to perform both gel extraction and PCR purification from a single kit.
  • Compatibility: This combo kit is designed for fast and efficient purification of DNA fragments from standard and low-melting agarose gels, as well as the removal of primers, nucleotides, dNTPs, and salts from PCR reaction mixtures.
  • SciPhiTM Purification Columns: Preassembled with collection tubes.
  • Broad Range:  Purify and gel extraction of PCR products from 25 bp to 20 kb.
