Product Description

  • Phosphodiester Bond Formation: Catalyses the creation of phosphodiester bonds between 3’-hydroxyl termini and adjacent 5’-Phosphate in 30 minutes at Room Temperature.
  • Ligation Reaction: Efficient for both blunt end and sticky end ligation.
  • Repairing Efficiency: Can repair single-strand nicks in duplex DNA, RNA, or DNA/RNA hybrids.
