Product Description

  • Recombinant M-MuLV RT: SciPhi™ M-MuLV RT is highly sensitive RT with special catalytic properties.
  • RNAse-H Activity: Enzyme possess low RNAse-H activity.
  • Performance: Capable of synthesizing full-length first strand cDNA up to 13 kb.
  • Optimum Temperature: Optimal temperature is 42°C that can be extended upto 52°
  • Incorporation of Nucleotides: can incorporates modified nucleotides like Cy3, Cy5, rhodamine, aminoallyl, and fluorescein-labelled nucleotides as well.
  • Applications:
    • First Strand cDNA synthesis for Real-Time PCR and expression analysis,
