- Optimized 2X qPCR Master Mix: SciPhiTM qPCR Master Mix (2x) is an optimized and universal 2X master mix designed to amplify target genes with high sensitivity, enabling accurate and reliable gene expression analysis.
- Template Volume: Accurate gene expression analysis by using 1–10 ng of single-stranded cDNA or 10–100 ng of genomic DNA (gDNA) per reaction.
- Excellent specificity: Excellent specificity due to innovative dual hot- start mechanism incorporated into SciPhiTM qPCR Master Mix (2x).
- Broad Dynamic Range: Consistent and reliable quantification of target genes with highly reproducible cycle threshold (CTs) values over a broad dynamic range.
- Premixed with UDG: Prevent carryover contamination with the inclusion of Uracil-DNA Glycosylase (UDG) in SciPhiTM qPCR Master Mix Extended
- Stability: Pre-assembled reactions with SciPhiTM qPCR Master Mix can remain stable for up to 72 hours.
- Compatibility: Compatible to be used for standard/fast cycling mode with Applied Biosystems Real Time, BioRad IQ5 CFX384, Roche Light Cycler LC480 and Agilent/Stratagene MX3005P Real time machines.
